It has been 2 years since I decided to volunteer abroad through International Volunteer HQ organization to get hands-on teaching experience with children who don't have an opportunity for education in Hanoi, Vietnam, working with local NGOs, and caring for disabled. However, with the savings I have had done up-till now is still insufficient to cover all the expenses. I was qualified for this opportunity last year after I paid the program fee. I have two years to travel abroad, and if I were not going, then I'll lose that money.
I am looking forward to this amazing opportunity in Vietnam, my birth country where I haven't gotten a chance to return for 10 years now. I know I will learn so much. The trip will be an incredible cultural and educational experience for me, and I can hardly wait!
